AI-generated Content Community Remix License

Effective Date: November 20, 2025

This license governs all AI-generated text, images, video and audio created through HoloArcade.

1. Your Rights to Generated Content

We acknowledge the evolving legal landscape around AI-generated works. While copyright law varies by jurisdiction, HoloArcade grants you the maximum rights legally available to use, modify, and benefit from your creations.

When you create content using HoloArcade's AI tools (text, images, videos and audio), we transfer you the rights to that AI-generated Content, subject to the licenses described below.

2. License You Grant to HoloArcade

By generating content on HoloArcade, you automatically grant HoloArcade a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable license to:

• Store, display, and distribute your AI-generated Content
• Create derivative works and modifications (including image edits, scene compositions)
• Allow other users to view and interact with your AI-generated content
• Use AI-generated Content to operate, improve, and promote HoloArcade
• Train and enhance our AI models and services
• Incorporate your AI-generated content into the platform's functionality
• Utilize content for any HoloArcade-related purpose in any medium, now known or developed in the future

This license continues even if you delete your account or stop using HoloArcade, as it ensures the platform can continue operating for all users who have interacted with or built upon your creations.

3. Community Remix Rights

When you create AI-generated content on HoloArcade, you grant other users permission to:

• View and interact with your characters, worlds, and locations
• Generate new scenes that incorporate your characters or settings
• Create derivative works that build upon or remix your creations within the HoloArcade platform

This community license is perpetual for any AI-generated content and allows the collaborative creative ecosystem that makes HoloArcade special.

4. Restrictions and Prohibited Uses

While HoloArcade and community members may use your content as described above, the following restrictions apply:

Users may not:

• Claim exclusive ownership or copyright over AI-generated content
• Extract and resell your raw AI-generated Content as standalone products (such as stock assets, templates, or asset packs)
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk download content from the platform
• Prevent HoloArcade and community members from using content as described in these terms
• Use content in ways that violate applicable laws or infringe third-party rights

Export and External Use: AI-generated Content is licensed for use within HoloArcade. Using AI-generated content outside the platform (such as in external games, publications, or commercial products) is permitted for your own AI-generated Content, but you may not commercially redistribute content created by other users without their explicit permission.

5. Your Usage Rights

You retain a nonexclusive license to:

• Use your AI-generated Content in personal and commercial projects
• Display and share your creations
• Modify and create derivatives of your own AI-generated Content
• Incorporate your AI-generated Content into external works (games, stories, art, etc.)

You may not resell or redistribute raw AI-generated Content as competing products (such as character asset packs or world templates sold separately from creative works).

6. Platform Rights and Operations

HoloArcade retains necessary rights to:

• Host, cache, and optimize AI-generated content for performance and accessibility
• Moderate and remove content that violates our Terms of Use or applicable laws
• Delete or restrict content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Use AI-generated Content in promotional materials, demonstrations, and marketing
• Operate HoloArcade as a commercial platform, including through advertising, premium features, and monetization
• Share content with service providers and partners necessary for platform operations

These operational rights are essential for running HoloArcade and do not constitute unauthorized commercial exploitation of your specific creations.

7. No Warranties

AI-generated content is provided "as-is" without warranties of:

• Originality or uniqueness
• Copyright ownership or legal status
• Fitness for any particular purpose
• Freedom from third-party claims

You are responsible for evaluating AI-generated Content before using it in ways that could create legal obligations.
