- You may use and remix community-licensed content inside the platform.
- External use of another user's work requires their explicit permission.
- Use HoloArcade legally, respectfully, and responsibly.
- Our AI can be wrong, biased, or inconsistent.
- Coins are a virtual currency used to pay for AI tasks.
- We may update these terms (we'll notify you).
1. Accepting These Terms
By creating an account or using HoloArcade, you agree to:
- These Terms of Use
- The HoloArcade Community License v1
- Our Privacy Policy
If you don't agree, please stop using the service.
Minimum age:
- 13 years old
- Users under 18 should have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Your Account
Creating an Account
You may sign up using email/password or an OAuth provider.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping credentials secure
- All actions on your account
- Letting us know about unauthorized access
Account Security Rules
- Don't share your password
- Don't let others use your account
- Use a strong password
- Log out when you're done
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our rules.
3. Content Ownership & Rights
3.1 You Own Your AI-Generated Content
When you generate content using AI models on HoloArcade (text, images, audio, video) is automatically licensed under the HoloArcade Community License v1
- You retain full ownership and commercial rights
- This allows other users to remix your content inside their own generations
- The community license is irrevocable for already-published content
3.2 Platform-Provided Assets
HoloArcade owns all platform-created assets (character images, backgrounds, etc.).
We release these to you under the HoloArcade Community License v1.
4. Content Restrictions
You may not use HoloArcade to:
- Create illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Impersonate others or create fake identities
- Harass, threaten, or harm users
- Upload malware or malicious code
- Hack, exploit, or abuse the platform
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Generate disallowed content (e.g., minors in unsafe/illegal contexts)
- Bypass rate limits or automate access
Violations may result in suspension or termination.
5. AI-Generated Content Guidelines
- AI output may contain errors or biases
- AI may repeat styles, patterns, or produce similar content for different users
- AI characters are not real people, they are simulated agents
- Always review AI-generated content before sharing publicly
6. Coins & Payments
What Are Coins?
Coins are a virtual currency that exists only within HoloArcade. Coins are used to:
- Generate AI content (text, images, audio, video)
Refunds & Purchases
- Coins are non-transferable
- Unused coin packages may be refunded within 7 days
- Partially used packages are non-refundable
- Coins have no cash value
If an AI generation fails, coins used during that action are returned.
Pricing and coin packages may change at any time.
7. Feature Changes
We may:
- Add features
- Modify features
- Deprecate features (with notice)
- Change AI models or providers
Significant changes affecting paid features will be announced.

9. Intellectual Property
Copyright
If you believe content on HoloArcade infringes your copyright:
- Email: support@holoarcade.ai
- Include proof of ownership
- Identify infringing content
- Provide contact information
We'll investigate promptly.
Trademarks
"HoloArcade" and related branding, including branding used for our own simulations, characters, worlds, locations are our trademarks.
10. Disclaimers
HoloArcade is provided "as-is", without warranties of:
- Accuracy
- Reliability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Uninterrupted service
We are not responsible for:
- User disputes
- User content
- How you use AI-generated output
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold HoloArcade harmless from claims arising from:
- Your content
- Your behavior
- Your violation of these terms
- Your infringement on others' rights
12. Termination
By You
You may delete your account (including your personal data) anytime.
- Deletion is permanent (cache retention up to 60 days)
- Unused coins are forfeited
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Break the rules
- Create legal or security risks
- Abuse the service
Severe violations may trigger immediate termination.

Most issues can be resolved informally.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms for:

Continuing to use HoloArcade means you accept updated terms.
15. General Provisions
- These terms form the entire agreement
- If a section is unenforceable, the rest still applies
- Our failure to enforce terms doesn't waive our rights
- We may assign these terms during a merger or acquisition
- We're not liable for events beyond our control
