HoloArcade is an AI-powered simulation playground. You create worlds and characters, then run simulations where you interact with the AI characters living inside those worlds. Along the way you can generate images, videos, voices and music that bring your stories to life.
Creating an account is free, and you can interact with the AI characters in simulations for free using the base AI model. Coins come into play for the premium AI models — which offer stronger storytelling — and for media generation such as images, videos, voices and music. Coin bundles are available in the Shop.
Yes. HoloArcade is an adults-only service for users aged 18 and over. See the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy for details.
HoloArcade is a service for adults, but it is not a porn site. Interactive AI content is a young technology, and we chose to make the whole platform 18+ out of caution. The age requirement is about AI content being for adults in general, much more than it is about naughty content. Stories can get naughty, but only in creations with Naughty Mode enabled, and even there the focus stays on story, humor and romance. Erotic moments are tolerated as part of a good story; they are never the product. See our Terms of Use for the full content rules.
Sexual acts are never depicted visually, in any mode, and genitals are never shown: characters always wear at least underwear bottoms. In Naughty Mode, images may show a bare upper body; outside Naughty Mode the upper chest stays covered too (swimwear, lingerie or underwear is fine, a bare chest is not). To be precise about what that means: secondary sex characteristics, the traits that develop during puberty such as breasts or facial hair, are not genitals, and a bare chest may appear in Naughty Mode. Text is more permissive than visuals: a story can be steamy to read while its images stay suggestive. We believe suggestion beats showing. The rest happens in your imagination, and that will not change: visual porn is not on any roadmap.
Depending on current capacity, signups are either open or invitation-only. When an invitation code is required, you can request an invitation and we will send you a code by email as soon as a spot opens up.
First check your spam or junk folder. You must verify your email address before you can sign in. To get a new link, try signing in on the login page — if your address is not verified yet, an option to resend the verification email will appear. Alternatively, you can request a new link directly on the verification page.
Use the Forgot password link on the login page, or go directly to the password reset page. We will email you a link that lets you choose a new password.
Yes. On your Account page you can request a data export: we prepare a machine-readable archive (JSON) of the personal data associated with your account — your profile, characters, worlds, simulations, interaction history, purchases and community content. Preparing the archive takes a few minutes and happens in the background; once it is ready, a download link appears on the same page and stays valid for 7 days. Your generated media (images, videos and audio) is not bundled into the archive — every asset is already available for viewing and download in your Media Manager at any time.
Go to your Account page and choose to delete your account. To make sure it is really you, we send a confirmation email first. Once confirmed, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Coins are the in-app currency of HoloArcade. They are spent when you interact using one of the premium AI models (the base model is free) and when you generate media such as images, videos, voices and music. You can buy coin bundles in the Shop — larger bundles include bonus coins.
No, and that is a deliberate choice: HoloArcade is pay as you go. We think that is fairer for you — you only pay for what you actually use, instead of a monthly fee that keeps charging you whether you play a lot, a little or not at all. When you need a top-up you buy a coin bundle in the Shop, and your coins do not expire — they simply wait for your next session.
Your Coin History lists every coin transaction: bundles you purchased as well as everything you spent coins on.
Open a support ticket from your Tickets page and include roughly when the purchase happened. We will look into it and get back to you in the ticket conversation.
A world is the setting your simulations take place in. In the world builder you define its theme, locations and scenes — and based on those settings you then generate the map, the scene images and the background music. Your worlds live under Worlds.
Yes. In the world builder you generate a map of your world based on its settings, and you can generate music too: a theme song for the world plus songs for its locations and scenes, which play as background music while you explore.
Characters are the AI personalities you meet in simulations. In the character builder you define their appearance, personality, occupation and more — and based on those settings you then generate their character sheet image and design their voice. Your characters live under Characters.
Yes. In the character builder you generate your character's sheet image based on your settings, and you can design a unique voice for them. In simulations, characters then speak their lines with that voice and appear in the moment images and videos you generate.
Clothing mode is a per-character setting that controls how outfits are handled. Disabled: no outfit tracking — images simply show clothing that fits the character's theme and occupation. Auto (the default): the outfit is derived from the character's generated look, and the builder shows you a recap of what they are wearing. Manual: you dress your character yourself, slot by slot — from headwear to footwear, each with its garment and colors — and that outfit is used everywhere. With clothing tracking enabled, outfits become part of the story: garments can come off or go back on as the simulation unfolds, and moment images reflect what is currently worn. The feature is experimental, as image models sometimes take creative liberties with clothing instructions.
A simulation combines a world with characters. You step into the world, move between locations and interact with the characters living there. They remember your conversations, and relationships evolve as you play. Browse simulations to play in Explore.
You do this in the simulation builder: after picking which characters take part, you assign each of them to a scene for every time of day and describe what they are doing there. You also define the relationships between the characters and the player, which shapes how they interact with you in the story.
Naughty Mode is a switch on worlds, characters and simulations that marks a creation as made for adults, comparable to an R-rated movie or a PEGI 18 rating. With it enabled, builders unlock additional naughty options (outfits, scenes, secrets, story genres) and stories are free to include risqué humor and erotic moments. Without it, erotic content stays off entirely, while romance is always available: flirting, falling in love, kissing and relationships are part of every story. Naughty creations are clearly labeled, and enabling or playing them requires an account with an 18+ birthdate and a one-time adult confirmation.
Our inspiration is the classic Leisure Suit Larry school of adventure games: lots of humor, a wink of risqué, and the occasional erotic moment the story has earned. In text, stories can go about as far as mainstream published erotica, always consensual. Visuals stay suggestive (see the nudity question). One boundary matters to us: a creation that is mostly erotica is not allowed, even in Naughty Mode. Erotica may happen in a story; it must not be the story. And some things are never allowed in any mode: minors, non-consensual scenes, and unlawful content.
Yes, and you do not need Naughty Mode for it. Flirting, falling in love, holding hands, kissing, cuddling and building a relationship are part of every simulation, in every mode. Naughty Mode is much more about how far a romance may go than about anything else.
By design. HoloArcade has no prompt inputs: worlds and characters are built from curated lists, so the AI is never handed free text asking for something we do not offer. There are also no uploads: you cannot bring photos, voices or any outside material onto the platform, which makes deepfakes of real people impossible here. On top of that, names and labels are screened, a consent analyzer accompanies every interaction, and published content is reviewed by human moderators when reported.
Location Changes is an optional, per-simulation feature that lets the story move around within a location. When enabled, you can suggest going somewhere in plain text — "let's go to the kitchen" — and the character can accept, or the character may invite you somewhere and you can accept or decline. When both sides agree, the scene changes and the story continues at the new place. Only scenes within your current location are open this way — characters may talk about other places in the world, but to travel to another location you move there yourself, which starts a new session. Characters otherwise follow their own schedules, so a character who followed you somewhere returns to their usual routine afterwards.
Time of day is an optional world feature that lets your simulations travel through time. When it is enabled for a world, you can generate four variants of every scene — morning, afternoon, evening and night — each visualizing that scene at the given time of day.
Yes — you can move time forward to a later time of day using the time-of-day icon in the top right of the simulation. Characters follow their schedules, so where they are and what they are doing depends on the time of day. When you move past midnight, a new day begins and the calendar advances; the current date is shown inside the time-of-day dropdown.
We believe creating worlds, characters and simulations should be fun for everyone — no matter whether you are fluent in English or not, and no matter whether you are a skilled prompt engineer or not. We want everyone to be able to unleash their creativity, so we opted for a UI that takes its inspiration from video games offering world building and character creation: instead of writing prompts, you compose your creations from curated options and watch them come to life.
Moments are scenes captured while you play a simulation — images, videos and voice clips of what is happening in the story. Moments are grouped into sessions: a session is your ongoing story at one location at a given time of day. It continues while you move between scenes of that location or interact with different characters there — but when you travel to another location or change the time of day, the session ends and your next message starts a fresh one. When a new session starts, characters return to their usual mood, pose and outfit — but do not worry, they keep their memories: what they know about you and how your relationship has evolved carries on for the whole playthrough. You can mark your favorite moments and revisit them any time on your Moments page.
Media generation runs as a background job on our servers, and depending on the type of media it can take from a few seconds up to a couple of minutes. The job keeps running even if you navigate elsewhere, and the result appears once it is finished.
Everything you generate is collected in your Media Manager, where you can browse and manage all of your AI-generated images, videos and audio in one place. The moments you favorite while playing also appear on your Moments page. Every file you download includes Content Credentials (C2PA) — embedded, verifiable provenance metadata identifying it as AI-generated on HoloArcade, which stays in the file when you share it.
Yes. You retain full ownership and commercial rights to the AI-generated content you create on HoloArcade. Your content is licensed under the HoloArcade Community License, which also grants HoloArcade a nonexclusive license so your creations can keep working inside the platform, and lets other players play what you publish. In short: your content is yours. See the Terms of Use for the details.
Your worlds, characters and simulations are private by default: drafts are only visible to you. When you are ready, you can publish a creation to share it with everyone. Published creations appear in Explore and on their own public pages, credited to you. Your play sessions are always yours alone: conversations, game progress and moments stay private.
Each builder has a publish step: characters, worlds and simulations can all be published. Publishing a simulation also publishes the world and characters it uses, so players always get a complete, working package. Your public pages show a by you credit linking to your creator profile; if you prefer, you can hide your name and publish as an anonymous creator instead. Before publishing you review and accept the Community License, which is what allows other players to run your creation.
Versions work like game releases. Saving a version freezes your creation at that moment: a private, numbered snapshot including its images, voices and music. Your simulations always run saved versions, never drafts, so you can keep editing without changing anything you already use or shared. Publishing is optional: it releases a saved version to the community. Players only ever see and play published versions, and nothing changes for them until you publish the next one. Every public page links to a version history, where older versions remain playable.
Yes, when the creator allows it. Characters and worlds published with reuse enabled can be added to your own simulations directly from the simulation builder. You always adopt a specific published version, so someone else's edits can never change your simulation behind your back; when the creator releases a newer version, you decide if and when to upgrade. The original creator stays credited in your simulation.
When you find a simulation, character or world you like, tap the heart on its explore card or public page. Your Favorites page collects them and also tells you when a creator has released a newer version since you favorited it, with a recap of what changed.
Every member who publishes gets a public creator page listing their published simulations, characters and worlds, along with community stats and achievements. You reach a creator page through the by @handle credit shown on cards and public pages.
If a published creation or a forum message breaks the rules, use the flag button on its card or page to report it. Reports go to our moderators, who review them and take action when needed. See the Terms of Use for what is allowed.
