Rewritten story introduction and locations, plus new introductions and backstories for eleven characters. The intro hook was also revised.

The Spanish Main world now includes a map, with The Black Tern, Gallows Point, The Sign of the Mermaid and Fort Charles placed on it. The card scene and its characters were also updated.
